- Adult Student Enrollment Summits: Focused on data review, best practices, action plan development, and plan execution.
- Subgrants to Colleges: Distributed over $500,000 in 16 subgrants to colleges for implementing localized strategies to improve completion rates for adult students of color.

- Systemwide Strategic Framework: Scale statewide policy changes including Prior Learning Assessment, Credit for Prior Learning, and high school diploma granting.
- Utilization of Data Tools: Provide regular data and reports to track the progress of engaging and educating adult students of color.
- Subgrants to Colleges: Distribute over $300,000 in 13 subgrants to scale evidence-based solutions to boost enrollment, persistence, completion, and career outcomes, seeding capacity and infrastructure for evidence-based solutions.
