The North Carolina Community College System’s latest strategic plan, “Leading Through Change” (2022-2026), places a strong emphasis on several REACH-aligned priorities: enhancing access to community colleges, increasing engagement among adult learners, narrowing achievement gaps, and taking a leading role in promoting diversity. Under the leadership of the NC Student Success Center and the executive leadership team at the System Office, REACH funding and resources are bolstering efforts to make these priorities a reality.
